Philipp Fussenegger

Philipp Fussenegger grew up in a remote valley in the heart of the Austrian Alps. After a classical piano education at the Music Conservatory, he started his career as a photographer and writer. In 2005, he started working on his Bachelor of Arts degree in Directing in Salzburg. He finished his studies at the Academy of Media Arts in Cologne where he graduated with honours in 2015 and completed his diploma film “Henry”. In 2016, Fussenegger wrote and directed the dark comedy TV show “Die Schilehrer”. Currently, he is working on his debut feature film “The Tigress”, a hybrid between a classic sports film and a psychological drama inspired by and adapted from his documentary film “I Am The Tigress”.

Alexis Smiley Smith

Alexis Smiley Smith is a Berlin based writer originally from Oregon, USA. Critics have praised her work for fearlessly interrogating topics such as abuse, loss and addiction with a sense of magic and beauty. Her essays have been published in The SAND Journal and NAILED Magazine. She was nominated for the renowned Pushcart Prize in Non Fiction 2019. Currently, Smith works as a scriptwriter at funfairfilms in Berlin. She recently co founded the innovative start up, Kokeshi, where she utilizes her fierce imagination and pro sex feminist perspective to merge the human experience with technology. Together with her co founders, she created the first human based interactive sex doll, Kokeshi. In 2021, they will open the world’s first Cybrothel in Berlin where sex and technology connect with human consciousness.
