Success for CELINE! at JETS 2018

At the renowned JETS-Pitch, Funfairfilms presented Philipp Fusseneggers debut feature film project Celine, which was ultimately amongst those selected for co-production funding.

During a one-day marathon session, 25 teams from German, Finland, Great Britain, Ireland and Canada presented their projects. In the end Philipp (director, writer) and Michael Steinwand (producer) convinced the jury to support Funfairfilm’s projected film Celine through co-production funding. Co-author Zazou Röver and project manager Sujmo Ackali, whose work is a huge part of the success, were at the pitch to celebrate the win.

We want to thank JETS for organizing the event, as well as our fellow presenters, and of course the jury, for this exciting and inspiring experience.
