WANTED: Protagonists for KitKatClub cinema documentary film

For the KitKat film, we are looking for people who have a connection to the KitKatClub and are part of the kinky, sex-positive, queer, poly, hedonistic Berlin club scene. We are looking for people who live in a special kind of relationship and who do not conform to the usual role models and gender norms.

With the film, we try to make it possible to experience what is special about the KitKatClub. It is not meant to be a narration or reconstruction, but we want to give the viewers an insight into the lives of the guests, without judgment or taboos, unashamed, unadorned, close and authentic:
This includes visits at home, in the club, backstage at shows with everything that goes with it – of course with consent.
The exciting thing about this documentary is the immersion in the club and life with all its light and darkness.
We want to show club culture as it really is:
A dissolving of oneself, which always carries the danger of losing oneself.
On the one hand, there’s the booming techno, the flowing bodies, the crazy shows, and you become part of an elitist club of those who have made it past the bouncer into the sacred halls. That has an attraction, of course. On the other hand, there are the dark sides of this so-called ‘hedonism’: sexual predators and heteopatriachal structures under the guise of sexual self-determination. That’s what we want to show.

We want to get to know you and experience the club through your eyes and give you a voice.
By being a part of this film, your life will be made available to the larger public.
